Balance, Subscription & Redeem Codes

Balance pays for Marketplace purchases and SMM orders. It is deducted automatically when a transaction succeeds, and refunded if the order fails.

Redeem codes can be exchanged on the Redeem page. The code value is added straight to your balance, and each code can only be used once.

There are four plan tiers: Basic, Pro, Premium and Owner. Features such as accessing groups and public channels from all your accounts, and SMM administration, require Pro or higher.

To check your plan and subscription period, open the Subscriptions page. Your subscription status decides which features are available to your account.

If your balance does not look reduced after a transaction, check the status in Order History — a 'Proses' (In Process) transaction has not settled yet, and balance is only deducted once the order completes.
